Neteller and Paypal

Is it possible to pay for paypal transactions using your Neteller account or debit card? I couldn't figure out how to register my card through Paypal or send funds between the two sites.

That's because you can't. Basically you'll need to cashout to your bank account and then fund paypal.

FYI, i got a warning from paypal, that they will freeze my account if i do any gaming transactions via there site. someone sent me money and put pokerstars in the subject. if you do use paypal, dont mention gaming of anysort on the transfer.
