Button in heads up play

Hey guys,

How do you feel about pre-flop raising on the button when the blinds are small in heads up S&G's?

Do you wait until the blinds get bigger until you start button raising with any two cards or do you do it right away?

Against the typical HU opponent you want to spend the low blind time testing him and figuring out his play, since he's unlikely to adjust much. Obvioulsy PFR is going to be a part of that.
