Default Another one....

Questionable on every street I think.

20/40, full table. Hijack open raises, no read. CO had posted and he calls another bet. I coldcall with JTh cause the blinds are loose. No good? SB folds, a table captain fish calls in the BB.

Flop is 765, two hearts. Hijack bets, CO calls, I raise, BB calls, the other two call as well. Turn is another 7, which puts another flush draw on board. Checked to me and I bet.
The hijack and CO call. River is another 7. Checked to me. Fire again?

I like the way you played this. I would bet the river.

I don't take free cards nearly enough. I think I'm way too easy to c/r, so this is something I am working on. In this hand, I felt like the 7 gave me a good chance to take it down as overcards may think they could possibly be drawing dead.

what kind of overcards is the CO going to have calling the flop bet and raise? a pair is going to call you down, and even a hand like A8 should call down as well since this board is so draw heavy. with 2 players in the pot on that draw heavy board i see it as an impossible task to have them both fold the turn.

Why make a big investment here? Preflop ok, Flop ok, take the free card and move on.

I don't see you winning this on the turn much of the time if ever with that board. It's also the type of board where people might be inclined to take a shot at you and checkraise any pair. I take the free card. If you hit, you probably get to raise the piss out of someone.

Good responses guys. I checked the riv, figuring I can't bluff both of them. Hijack had A8 to win, CO had Q9 for queen high.
