What\'s wrong with me?
Normally a long ass psycological list would follow said question, however today i am only interested in one particular sympton.
I am tired all the effing time. From the time i wake up in the morning i am tired and constantly think about (and take) naps. I am not terribly out of shape (5'10", 175)- not entirely unactive- i bike to class and back 4-5 times a week (12 miles round trip) and take my dog out for a walks - anywhere from probably 1/2 -1 1/2 hours a day. Otherwise i don't do [censored], cause i don't want to- i would just rather sit or sleep. Is this just me getting older (26)? My diets alright, some green crap on my plate next to a chunk of dead cow/chicked most nights. |

Re: What\'s wrong with me?
How is the quality of your sleep? How much do you sleep a night?

Re: What\'s wrong with me?
i usually go to bed between 11pm-1am- and my alarm is set for 8:20am. It rarely takes me long to fall asleep, as for quality, how does one asses that about their own sleep. I might wake up once or twice during the night, but not for extended periods of time.

Re: What\'s wrong with me?
1. Get on a more regular schedule and try to get 8 hrs a night on average
2. Waking up 2 times a night is sign of bad sleep - you should feel rested when you wake up. |

If you live alone tape record yourself sleeping. If you snore a lot it's likely sleap apnea. |
