CO had been playing loose and passive.

5 folds], CO calls t50, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero raises to t200, CO calls t150, SB folds.

I push preflop and pick up the 150 chips in the middle.

But you didn't and now you are out of position. Push or fold. Don't think you have any other option and don't know which one is the best.
