Default 5 10 NL with a $20 bring-in: strategy changes

The big game at the Seneca Niagara casino is $5/$10 NL. OK, not too different from the $2/$5 I play online. The big game at Turning Stone is $5/$10 with a $20 bringin. That feels VERY different.

Does a 2xbb forced bringin change the hands I should be playing preflop? Raising standards? What I should be playing from the blinds?

What should I be playing from the BB and SB in an "unraised" pot with a couple limpers? What, if anything, should I be limping with?

I'm just interested in hearing how you would play this game differently than a "standard" $5/$10 game.
