Default 2/4 pot limit flop question

I am in London and playing in a 9 hand live pot limit game. It is actually a 1/2 pound blind (not $2/4 but about equiv money value just double all amounts below to get rough dollar equiv). Another quirk is the dealer is the SB.

I am dealing and I have 85s.
UTG limps, I complete, BB calls. 3 to the flop. 6 pounds in the pot.

Flop QQ8 rainbow.
Check, I bet 10 pounds, BB calls, UTG raises for 30 more. Pot now = 6 + 10 + 10 + 40 = 66.

I have ~150 left in my stack, BB about the same maybe 200, UTG has us easily covered.

New player, quiet, sitting back "reading" after betting. hsan't been in many pots. I am split between thinking he has Qx, A8 or nothing. Is this worth a call?

No, I fold. One of these guys has you beat at least, best you may hope for is a split pot with another 8. I just get rid of it. Even if UTG is bluffing, BB must hold either a Q or a higher 8 you'd assume for them to call. I toss this one in the muck. BTW, if pot is £6 after pre-flop actions how can you bet £10 on the flop? Regardless I try to make my probe bets smaller, at about £4 here with the intention of folding to a raise, unless I have reads on my villians.
