Default harrington on holdem question

toward the middle of the book, he shows different scenarios and how to handle them. cases 1-5. the last case is being on the button with 3 limpers. ok great. for anyone who has finished the book, where does he talk about playing from the blinds against raisers and limpers? i know he had a paragraph for when it just sb v bb, but thats all i seem to recall thus far. did i miss something or not get to it yet?

I don't think this is discussed in any section directly, although several of the hand problems give you ideas of how to play in the blinds.
