Default 2 loose players on your left situations?

These questions are for when you get on the right table but your not in the best position against the fish.

If your on button and your very sure one or both blinds will call your blind steal raise what hands do you tighten up with?
e.g you normally raise Ax, but would you tighten up to A5 for example?
suited connectors, you might raise tight blinds with 65s, but what is lowest connector you raise when you know one blind will call and is generally pretty fishy post flop, or tricky, ie, not easy post flop folder.

What other hands might u fold that you would otherwise steal against average players.

My second question is if you get on a good loose table but you dont have position on the fish and they will quite happily cold call your raises,

If I know Im very likely to get 1 or 2 callers after and not get iso raised is it ok to limp hands like T9s, 98s, A4s? Generally i fold these hands UTG, raise A4s and T9s UTG+1 and fold 98s.

So any value in limping?
