Make a Rap Playlist
Apparently everyone has very different tastes in rap. Make a playlist of your favorite rap songs. Maybe the backpackers will like some mainstream stuff, and the mainstream whores will like some underground. Or not.

In no particular order:
1. Notorious BIG - Gimme Da Loot 2. Tupac - Hit 'em Up 3. Wu Tang Clan - Back in the Game 4. Joe Budden - Fire 5. 50 Cent (feat. Eminem) - Patiently Waiting 6. Tribe Called Quest - Can I Kick It 7. Slick Rick - Bedtime Story 8. Eazy E - College Girls Are Easy 9. Ludacris - Fatty Girl 10. Kanye West - School Spirit 11. Mobb Deep - Shook Ones 12. Nas - Pussy Kills 13. Talib Kweli - Get By 14. Tribe Called Quest - Award Tour 15. Notorious BIG - Juicy 16. Snoop Doggy Dogg - Gin and Juice 17. Dr. Dre - Let Me Ride I'm far from a hip hop afficianado, these are just the hip hop songs that stand out in my mind as being the ones I've always like the most. Generally my taste in music runs more along the ilk of bands like Guster and Ben Folds, but when I'm looking to get in touch with the streets, this is what I usually throw on.
