Default stupid TT hand

Playing in a good and loose, not too aggressive 3/6 game on Paradadise, 10-handed. No specific reads on the players involved though.

A player in MP opens, I'm next and 3-bet with TT. Big blind and MP call. Flop is 873 with 2 clubs, I have a club. Checked to me, I bet, BB calls, MP check-raises, I 3-bet, both call. Is this 3-bet bad? turn is blank of clubs. BB checks, MP gaybets, we both call. River is another blank (Sorry I don't rememeber the exact cards, but I was very sure there were no straight draws out). They both check to me. I check?

Open Grunching

I'm going to say that the 3 bet was fine. I think a lot of players would check raise with big overcards or A8s. When you get donked on the turn I think you've got to worry a little about a set but he could also have just picked up a flush draw as you did. When the blank falls on the river I think you can bet this. I think that you will get calls by worse hands here and I think you're ahead a pretty big majority of the time.

I'd value bet the river and muck to a raise. I think you played the flop and turn fine.

Default RESULTS

I know it's probably a little early to post results, but I want to make sure I don't forget. I agree now that I should have value bet the river. As it turned out, though, BB had Acxc for the nuts, and got thoroughly owned by my check. (not that that makes it right...) MP mucked and I requested the hand history from Paradise but I haven't gotten it yet, so I don't know what he had.
