Default Two typical scanarios late in the tourney, I hate every option...

These I think could've been the deciding two hands in the tourney. I've been playing extremely tight, picking my spots carefully and haven't had to show any trash hands that I raised but got away with (has nothing to do with the first hand, just the second). All comments appreciated.

Hand #2
BB (big stack at the table) has not been aggressive and don't believe has played a hand yet.

Hand one; either stop-and-go, or re-raise allin. Stop and go probably loses AQ postflop if neither hits, which we don't want, but againt small PPs we gain some FE that we'd like to have so i like stop and go on average. Though pushing is certainly reasonable as well.

Hand 2; either open-push or fold. With a solid image I open push. After committing nearly half my stack with my open raise as you did I'm still calling the re-raise with this absolute trash and hating every second of it.
