Default resteal here?

I joined the table about 20 hands ago. Since then villain has been folded to in MP-LP 3 times and raised all 3, winning the pot uncontested, twice to 4x bb, once to 3x bb. Am I correct in thinking I have enough fold equity vs his range to resteal here? (I have no idea what it is, but from my small sample size I'm assuming quite wide)

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t800 (8 handed) converter

SB (t47127)
Hero (t14172)
UTG (t11450)
UTG+1 (t35358)
MP1 (t28996)
MP2 (t83679)
CO (t10280)
Button (t19080)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
