Default Weak suited queen on the SB

Absolute .10/.25 $10-50 buy-in 9-max

No reads on relevant players here…I had sat fairly recently and hadn’t seen much out of BB. Table is rather weak in general.

In my defense, the minraise on the river was a misclick. I sometimes have trouble betting certain amounts on Absolute. It should have been .50, 2/3 the pot, although I'm not sure that everyone will agree that .50 was much better than .25....

Just call his initial river raise, you're not getting called by anything you beat with a 3-bet and you don't have a great hand in the first place.

I would probably bet the flop. This is a very good opportunity to steal that small pot. If I didn't I would bet the turn, no one has shown any interest, so you have good fold equity, and you picked up plenty of outs should you be called.

The river is tough, but I think I am folding this. This could be a lower flush, but I think his most likely hand here is a full house.

I think he will be called by an 8 or a lower flush here quite often, no?

Can't raise for value when you have no clue what the opponent holds. I've seen morons flop a boat and check to the river before trust me.

TWP, you don't play any two suited on the flop? I thought this was pretty standard 2+2 play.

Huh? I definitely fold suited crap in the SB all the time. Q2s is just about the worst hand in poker and you're going to have to play it from the worst position. It does not have positive expectation.

Whoops, I meant to say "play any two suited from the small blind."
