Default Saving PS hand histories

What's the best way to save hand histories on PokerStars? They have an option to email the last 100 hands or the last week of play, but gmail seems to cut off the end of the email if it gets too long. Is there a way to constantly record logs to my computer, or should i just email myself after every playing session?

I don't have PokerTracker, but I might buy it sometime in the future.

You can request up to 200 hands from PS. I do it all the time. Just type in 200.

200 is the maximum.
