The Preacher & The Gambler
We've seen a few threads supporting the morality of profesional poker within a Christian ethical framework. There are a few Christian poker players and the 2+2 consensus appears to be pro-gambling (odd that).
What about a preacher who doesn't want to exploit his deprived congregation in some down trodden urban area. Could he legitimately support his ministry by his antics as a poker pro? If not, why would his position be different to that of a Layman? |
