TGC verification emails
Gaming Club Guy, is there a problem with sending out verification emails for opening accounts? I've been waiting for three or four days for mine, but no sign of it yet. Thanks.

We haven't received a large amount of complaints recently but there could be a few reasons why you're not getting it.
The first could be because of spam filters on your mailbox. If you haven't already checked, we suggest taking a look in your spam folder or junk mail box. The second (and we assume the most probable) cause of why you haven't received it is because you might already have an existing Prima Poker Network alias/account number with a different email address. If that's the case then the verification email is probably being sent to the original email address listed with the first account ever made on the network. In any case, we've manually validated your account so give it a try now and let us know if it works for you. |
