A9s flush:paired board
$.25/.50 5 handed homegame. Hero has ~$120. Villan 1 has ~$50. Villan 2 covers both (me by a bit). Donks came and went, so it is somewhat deeper stacks.
Reads: Villan 1 is new and just sat down. He seems a bit weak/loose. Have only played with him for 1 round though. Villan 2 is pretty solid, seems a bit loose though. Has fairly good post-flop skills and won his stack by winning a 150BB pot with FH vs NF. PF: Hero has A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Villan 1 limps from EP. Hero raises to $2. Villan 2 calls in the CO. All else fold, Villan 1 calls. ($6.75)Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]10[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Villan 1 checks. Hero bets $4. Villan 2 calls. Villan 1 calls. ($18.75)Turn: J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villan 1 checks. Hero checks. Villan 2 bets $10. Villan 1 calls $10. Hero calls $10. ($48.75)River: 10[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villan 1 checks. Hero bets $35. Villan 2 raises all-in (me $104). Villan 1 folds. Hero?? eh? Call? |

Re: A9s flush:paired board
have to call
and lots of draws on the flop, I'd prefer at least $5 as your standard bet for this kind of flop |

Re: A9s flush:paired board
well, maybe not too draw heavy, but I still like at least $5
and is there any particular reason you are betting this flop? I wouldn't do that every time |

Re: A9s flush:paired board
Eh, both opponents seemed pretty weak in the game. Villan 1 was loose, he could be calling with bottom pair or something like a gutshot straight draw. I thought villan 2 might have something like a PP and fold the flop.
