Default 3/6 players and table selection...

For those that have player view or a similiar program that keeps table avgs, what do u look for when identifying a good table. I look at VPIP for tight/looseness and PFR for passive/aggresive of the table. I suppose thats what most players look at generally.
1) what do u consider a good table vpip to be worth playing?
2)what do u consider a good table pfr to be?
3)And finally is there anything that anyone else considers important to finding a good table and why.
Remember this is for 3/6 only please.
Thanks
