2/5 B&M Hand
First NL post. I have started playing NL very tight, raising with only premium pairs and the occassional AKs in late position. I learned very early on that raising OOP creates all kinds of problems for me later in the hand. I'm content to see the flop cheap and have my hand defined first.
I'm UTG in an average game with KQ [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. I limp. Very tight next to me limps, young kid who is impressed with himself limps, bottom-pair-calling-all-the-way lady limps, folded to BB (who has been caught with his pants down a few times and has lost half his stack) who raises to $25. Everyone calls. 5 to the flop with $120 in the pot. Flop comes K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] BB makes it $20 to go. My dilema is which way to play it: fast or slow? I've got to believe that while I'm best, this board is rife with draws. Straight, flush, and possibly a higher 2 pair if the Ace comes and pairs someone's AK/AQ (quite possibly the tighty on my left?). Your move. |
