Too much aggression

I'm a little worried my flop aggression factor is at 5.23 over my first 3.5k hands at 1/2, where i've been losing -2BB/100hands.

I think it has to do with overplaying overcards PFR here is Lag/Maniac (60vpip 11PFR) my flop raise was to isolate them but I don't know if it was neccesarily a strong move. Also unsure of leading the turn.

You're in for one bet why not the second one? You can't bet then fold to a raise in a pot this size IMO. You did what you wanted with maximizing your chance to win by spiking your outs. I think you're doing your best to push everyone else out of the pot. After all... he COULD be on a draw. or have an overpair to this flop that you will beat with a spiked A or K. Call the raise check/fold or check/call if you hit your ace or king.
