How to find a home game in a new area?

i moved to north atlanta a couple of months ago and am getting real sick of playing on the internet all the time. I have everything needed to host a game but dont really know any players in the area. I have checked all the common sites to find a home game and have had no luck. any ideas would be appreciated.

Try asking at a sports bar if they host a game or know of any.

thanx for trying but the sites u gave me were the ones ive already tried ive called like 10 people listed on homepoker and am an organizer on meetup along with having used meetpoker pal all lead to no games, any one else with any ideas please HHHHEEEELLLLPPPP, i hate the internet poker rooms.

It isn't hard to find a game in Atlanta.

Do as beekeeper says. Go to homepokergames.com, there are tons of names on there. Post an email address with an area of interest and you will likely be contacted within a week or two.
