Official Kevin Bott WSOP Thread Redux
Ya'll see my boy decapitate helmouse last night? Pity they didn't show the entire hand.

Re: Official Kevin Bott WSOP Thread Redux
Details of Kev busting helmouse, from the CP column:
"I had only $4,100 left with the blinds at $600-$1,200. In the small blind, I called $600 more with K-8, after the button had limped in. The flop was 10-8-4, I moved all in for a pittance, and the big blind called. The player on the button raised, and when the big blind folded, he showed me a hand that I have written about many times — Q-10. When the last two cards provided no help for me, it was all over." Serious question: Hellmuth has 3500 left after posting, & there's 4800 in the pot after Kev limps in. Should Hellmuth have gone all in or does it matter? IMO, KB would call 2900 more w/QT & 8300 in the pot, and I think he had 20K+ at the time. |

Re: Official Kevin Bott WSOP Thread Redux
Yes, I think Hellmuth clearly should have pushed in this hand.
