I almost always lead in this type situation. I think you will make more in the long run, steal more, and save more when you are behind.

The thing is, the only hand I ever see anyone call me with here is a hand I am behind. However, a tag will bet this flop just about every time. Plus, it is unlikely he has an A since I think he would have opened with it. |

I'd like check-raising the tag after the passive guy folds for sure as a complete bluff. With a hand that could very well be best but in need of protection, I'd prefer to bet the flop myself. |
