Default Best Poker Chips (Price no object)?

I want to set up a home game and I'm looking for the best chips on the market that come with denominations ($5,$10,$20,etc.)

Any help would be appreciated.

13 Gram "Casino" Mold ... i.e. they actually say "Casino" on them.

All the other 11.5 gram chips that you constantly see everyone with these days are $hit, imo. They're too 'glassy' and they don't stack as nicely.

I'll see if I can find you a sample off ebay (that's where I got mine, and I LOVE them - so does everyone else who plays with them).

Here's a link to the ones I'm talking about on ebay.

Just do a search for "13 gram poker chips" and you'll find TONNES of the same.

Note: I don't believe you can get actual denominations on this particular type - but who cares, just make a colour a certain value each time you play - which is better anyway, since you won't always be playing the same limits.

Either a Paulson or Chipco fantasy set. Check ebay and/or Apache for a good start.

I would say poker chips where 1$ is copper, 5$ is silver, 25$ is gold, 100$ are platinum, and 1,000 are diamond.

If price doesn't matter just go to a casino and buy theirs.

Paulsons are widely regarded as the best poker chip out there. If you like the sound of Egyptian-themed artwork (or even if you don't) take a look at TenPercenter's custom Paulson group buy. Here's the link. Estimated price 0.89 / chip (this is cheap for Paulsons).

That sounds a little crazy, but at least you can't be cheated that way.

However, if you get robbed, you're screwed.
