MLHE vs Improve your poker
I have just ordered MLHE and are also interested in "Improve your poker".
Is IYP worth buying if you have MLHE? Are the books overlapping each other? I have read some comments about that MLHE uses the ideas from IYP. I only play Hold'em. |

Re: MLHE vs Improve your poker
They don't overlap at all.
Improve Your Poker is a series of essays kind of similar to Inside the Poker Mind. Middle Limit Holdem is an instructional book on hold 'em that contains more hand examples than anything else. |

Re: MLHE vs Improve your poker
Improve your poker is a GREAT book. I have to agree with those who say it's a must read for any serious poker player. Buy it.
By the way, do you play live anywhere in Stockholm? Because I sure would like to play more live poker... |
