KT valuebet?
Both players are a bit loose. A few hands earlier I bet K5 from the BB when a K hit and MP1 called down showing KQ on the river.
Is a value bet in place here? I thought they would bet worse hands and call with worse hands but I was worried about a raise. I would valuebet against MP2 if it was HU. Re: KT valuebet?
Definitely. The times that you'll run into a bigger king or jack ten are far outweighed by the times you'll get called with a queen or a weak king.

Re: KT valuebet?
Yeah, I bet this. The check raise on the flop was nice too.

Re: KT valuebet?
Remember, a few hands before I "valuebetted" K5 and he called down HU with KQ without raising on any street.

Re: KT valuebet?
Why on earth did you not bet this flop? For heaven's sake, bet the flop and bet the river.

Re: KT valuebet?
Yeah, bet the river. If you're raised I'd think about folding.
I know you were shooting for a c/r to thin the field on the flop, but I think your position in combination with the mediocre T kicker makes that a little sketchy. There's a decent number of draws on this board and worst case scenario BB bets, everyone calls, then it's back to you. You can't protect your hand since everyone will likely just call one back to them, and you'll just bloat the pot for the straight/flush draws that are probably out there given all the calls. Bet out and see what happens. |

Re: KT valuebet?
I don't like the checkraise on the flop, you don't want this checked through. Go ahead and bet the river.
