FT Hand that crippled me -- 3 handed

both players are pretty solid, seat 7 being the better of the 2. 5 has gone over the top a few times with marginal holdings, particularly on the river.

I think what hurt me most on this hand was not raising 3rd. on 4th, i am completely and utterly confused on what I should do. Raising to isolate crossed my mind, but I didn't want to be heads up with the possible 2nd low draw and just a gutshot. 5th and 6th seem basic, and I feel like I butchered 7th. What can he call with that I gain value from betting? How can I call a raise if he does so? A straight is very unlikely, as the 3s and 5s are fairly dead, but I still don't see how my low can be good here, so i'm hoping he's purely on a straight/low draw that whiffed completely.
