I donīt care much. Important is the quality of the support team. number one for me is Victor Chandler. live caht, telephon and e-mail. They realy give you answers with high skill.

Party has very weak telephon support, its not a really a help. My english is not very good, but the support is even weaker.

Best e-mail-support for is Ultimate Bet. You get always a good answer in less than 6 hours - So my experience.

And take the rare chance to say something good about Pacific, the telephon support is quiet good and very polite. british style i would call this.

good luck everybody. devore

both suck. i walk up to the office in person and take their head out of their a$$ so I can stick my foot there.

I find this, much, much more effective.

I am actually shocked by this statement. Seriously. Have you ever had to ask them anything that was even slightly complicated? Like give me a temporary password? (yes they couldn't even get that one correct for me!)

Hi Rom

Really I had this good support with Ultimate Bet. Maybe I was just lucky. I remember when they coached me through my first "inter account transfer". Second time I had a very complicate thing, changed my neteller account from a Euro-account to a Usd-account. - They could help and connect this new account. Something the PP-Support failed till now.

Funny thing with the telephon support of PP. My screenname in Party is "playtheboard" and I always have to spell it letter for letter. Even when I say "like playtheboard" - no chance. Obviously none of this support-guys ever played poker in a cardroom.

good luck. devore

Ok fair enough. I had a real money account and I sent all the necessary info to get a password reset... they reset me into some random persons account. I never played there again. Account security is very important, and with support that poor, I wasn't prepared to take any risks.

Regarding Party, even when I spelt my name phonetically they couldn't get my userid correct...infact I think going "Romeo Oscar Mike Echo Romeo Oscar" just confused things further since Romeo and Romero were so similar...
