make it 350$

just one of those hands where other guy don't have a hand that could take heat. your aim with top notch hands to usually play it fast, especially with a straight/flush draw on board.

i disagree....your best line is to call here and then raise him on the turn. any overpair is folding here after a 3 bet to a checkraise.......reraising is a horrible move in my opinion.

this is correct, and its not close, you have crippled the deck.

If he has a hand, its all going in anyway, so drain from the medium hands.

On flop, bet pot, call his c/r. Get it in on turn.

Reraising is good sometimes. In a vaccuum, 3-betting the flop allows him to get away from KK, but what if you start 3-betting with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]? What about T9o? What about 66? The standard move is to call and push the turn, but if he realizes this, he's not calling your turn move with KK. When you 3-bet the flop, he can sometimes put you on a draw and call or push. Reraise more though; you want fold equity when you don't have a set.

Anyway, your cards don't mean anything unless you go to a showdown. Don't play the same hands the same way every time.

Reraise more on the flop, to $350 or so. This looks trappy.

The flop check/raise with these stacks is rarely a draw, I think. It leaves villian in a really awkward spot if he whiffs the turn.

I agree with the call/make him pay on the turn line in an unraised pot... but not here.

This line is particularly good when villian has air, as most villians will fire the turn after a flop c/r no matter what they have.

However, a check/raise after being the PFR is typically a big hand. I would expect to see an underset or overpair here a large % of the time. Make it $300-$350.

If you're going to bet/3bet on the flop, you really need to bet the full pot.

When you bet 1/2 pot and then push after a raise, it really seems like you have quite a strong hand.
