Anyone here who like Barryg:s play here?
Barry Busts One
Log: Barry Greenstein goes all-in from early position for about $5,000. Players take their turns folding all the way around and the last player to act calls immediately, putting himself all-in, and reveals pocket kings. With a knowing nod that he's an underdog, Greenstein turns over A-K. It's the Poker Gods who give Barry the knowing nod, however, when an Ace flops, no more Kings fall, and Barry nearly doubles up. |

I think it kind of depends on the size of the blinds in relation to Barry's stack, doesn't it?
And besides, who am I to criticize Barry Greenstein? |

Re: Anyone here who like Barryg:s play here?
In the main WSOP thread barry says that the guy open raised for 600 (100-200 blinds) and only had 2000 more chips. So the summary from card player is wrong (which isn't uncommon for the hand summaries). So if the person was UTG raiser and Barry is after and wants to raise and isolate then any raise of the 600 is going to commit the original raiser and is likely to be a large part of Barry's stacks. So going all in doesn't seem too crazy.
