Default Feedback on two Stars NLHE $5+.5 Tournament hands requested

First hand, please critique my play on each street and tell me what my best play is on the river.

My read on the opponent I have heads-up is very limited. I've only been at the table for about 15 hands. He's shown down some questionable hands to win some medium pots.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em $5+.5 Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

UTG+1 (t2665)
MP1 (t1554)
MP2 (t1122)
MP3 (t2275)
CO (t3785)
Hero (t2240)
SB (t3084)
BB (t1195)
UTG (t1355)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises to t60, 3 folds, MP3 calls t60, 1 fold, Hero calls t60, 1 fold, BB calls t30.

Flop: (t255) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets t60, MP3 calls t60, Hero calls t60, BB folds.

Turn: (t435) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, MP3 bets t150, Hero calls t150, UTG folds.

River: (t735) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP3 bets t150, Hero ???.

Second hand, when do I get away from this hand, if at all? Please critique my play on every street.

My read on my opponent was that he was very loose before the flop. I'd been at the table for probably 20 hands and he'd limped maybe 13 times (just a guess). He liked to call a lot. This table was full of calling stations and I was surprised I was able to see the flop against only one opponent.

Final Pot: t4735

Results in white below:
MP1 has 8h 8s (three of a kind, eights).
Hero has Ks Ad (high card, ace).
Outcome: MP1 wins t4735.

Thanks for your feedback. I feel like I misplayed both of these hands, but I'm just not sure what exactly I should've done differently. A little objective feedback will be much appreciated.

Thanks
