Default 3-bet a flush draw for value - can I then semi-bluff the turn?

Here's a hand that I played the other day at a 2/4 TruePoker table while familiarizing myself for the Zoo vs. SS Challenge tourney...

Limp after 2 limpers in CO+1 with 87s

No PF raise, 5 see the flop which comes Q54 with two of my suit.

EP bets, I call, button raises, both blinds fold.
EP calls the raise and I make it 3.

My reasoning?
I 3-bet the flop for value with the 4-flush and 2 others in.

Can I bet the turn as a semi-bluff and considering the EP didn't 3-bet the flop, I can put him on a weak Q, so I might be able to make him fold a winner with a turn and river bet. The button could have been on a draw also.
By 3-betting the flop, I can represent strength while getting value for my raise, so if rags come, I might be able to take down the pot uncontested.

The turn was a rag and I bet out.

Right play?
