Default Could i have played this better

Foxwoods 20/40
Table tight then usual average 4 see the flop
Only two loose players @ table
Hero is BB with A3 os
7 callers BB checks
Flop 3d 3s 9c
SB bets Hero calls
EP# 2 calls ( he is 1 of the loose players )
Button Calls
All others fold
Turn card 10 H
SB bets
Hero raises
EP # 2 Calls
Button & SB fold
River 10
Hero checks
EP # 2 bets
Hero calls
Should I have raised the flop
Should I have called even though I was pretty sure I was beat

Results in white

just calling flop there is fine.

What are your reads on the LP guy.. I dont really think you can put him on the ten

EDIT - btw you have to call that river

put him on small pocket pair
he was loose but not overly aggresive
Calling lots of hands not many raises
