Default Statistics Formulas

I'd like to know how player and table looseness and aggressiveness are/could be calculated.

For example, to classify a player as loose, then he would have to call 70% of the time. And to classify the table as loose, then 70% of the players are in the hand on average.

Aggressive players raise 50% of the time, and aggressive tables have 2.5 raises on average per round of betting.

What do you guys think? Is there a place where this is discussed extensively?
