Site with Micro-Micro Limits and small minimum deposit?

A buddy wants to start playing online at the tiny limits ($.05/$.10, etc), but only wants to use $25 to start an account.

Paradise and Party both have $50 minimum.

A site with lots of freeroll tournaments would be good.

Any suggestions?
