The more I look at this, the more I think I should have folded after the flop instead of chasing the straight and non nut low from early position. Is this obvious?

Yes, easy fold on flop. you have 3rd nut low and for high are drawing to a hand that even if it hits is very likely to be beat by the showdown.

Even though the fold on the flop may be correct, it's not that obvious to me. The straight wrap & 3rd nut low are not all that bad because there is scoop potential & a good chance of getting 1/2 as a back-up. If he's betting with a 2 & no good low draw, you can hit the straight draw & possibly scoop. I think a raise on the flop to put pressure on A,3, A,4, & 3,4 holdings behind you should be considered.

Don't chase this straight!!!!!

The board is paired deuces- a premium low card.

Your low isn't enough to warrant a call here, either.

Muck on the flop.
