Cashier Errors on Cryptos

Have any of you experienced any cashier errors on either Carribean Sun or PokerPlex? To make a long story short, last night I placed in 3 consecutive SNG's on Pokerplex and was only paid for the first one, then paid a random amount less than what I earned, and not paid for the 3rd one at all. I emailed them about this, haven't gotten anything back yet.
Then this morning, I sign on to Carribean Sun, check my balance before starting, sign up for a SNG and check my balance again, and have an extra $39???
Has anyone experienced anything similar on any of these sites?
