File conversion question (Way OT)

I know there are a lot of computer savvy people here, so maybe someone can help me out.

I have a series of files with the extension .pr2 that I need to convert into a readable format (.txt, .rtf, .doc, whatever). From some research, I've determined that the files are most likely from some Mac program called Aldus Persuasion, from the mid-90's. I've tried a number of text converters and can't get anything to work.

Does anyone know of a program I could use, preferably free, to convert these docs?
