considering he only has half pot left and you are getting 3:1, I don't think I can fold even though I'm fairly sure I'm beat.

there's been a lot said about this situation. you can't really blocking bet because if he pushes the river, you can't fold.

you can check call to induce a bluff but hands you beat like 2 pair and set won't bluff trying to represent set and will likely check behind.

Therefore, I think if you feel that he doesn't have enough left to warrant a checkfold, I would put him all in like you did.

I think you played fine.
