Default Which FF team will score more points this year

Scoring

Passing:
1pt/25 yards
6pts passing TDs
-2 INT
3 point bonus at 300 yards
3 point bonus at 400 yards

Rushing/Reciving
1 pt 10 yards
1 pt per reception
3 point bonus at 100 yards
2 point bonus at 150 yards
2 point bonus at 20 carries
3 point bonus at 25 carries

Start:
1QB
1RB
2WR
1TE
1RB/WR flex
1ST/Def

Remember this is for the whole FF season through week 13 so injuries, byes, depth, matchups, trade potential etc all matter. Only starting lineup points count.

Team A

QB Drew Brees
QB Jake Plummer

RB Preist Holmes
RB Curtis Martin
RB Derrick Blaylock
RB Lee Suggs

WR Steve Smith
WR Darrell Jackson
WR Ashley Lelie
WR Bobby Engram
WR Eric Moulds

TE Tony Gonzalez
TE Daniel Graham

Team B

QB Matt Hasselbeck
QB Joey Harrington

RB Willis McGahee
RB Brian Westbrook
RB Thomas Jones
RB Mike Anderson
RB DeShaun Foster
RB JJ Arrington
RB Brandon Jacobs

WR Donald Driver
WR Deion Branch
WR Laveraneus Coles
WR Travis Taylor

TE Antonio Gates

FWIW, the teams will enter week 4 roughly even in points, perhaps a small lead for Team B

BTW, for all of you who had their team rated by me, this is your chance to repay the favor(s).

QB is close. after that team a is better at everything.

why does team B have so many RBs if you can only start 1

One can start 2 RB's. There's a flex. It's 1RB/3WR or 2RB/2WR.

This is a 12 team league btw with 16 man rosters. I omitted K and Def for simplicity.

Assuming some of those backs can be moved, Team B should prevail.

It's unclear to me regarding the liquidity of the league. The next few weeks should tell as teams that are bad start to look for help. Obviously these are two of the better teams in the league (2 of the top 4 IMO). I'd assume that it is feasable for Team B to move a RB at some point.

FWIW, there has only been one trade in the year so far. It involved Team B who traded Leftwich and Brandon Lloyd for Laveraneus Coles. Rumor has it that several other trades involving other teams have fallen apart at the last second.

Well, to really answer this, you'd have to look at schedules for all players, see when there'd be lopsided matchups, etc.

But team B should win by a little. After week 3, the only decent player who had a bye for either team is Coles, on team B. Gates also missed a game, also on B. Because of these two players, and B already has a slight lead, I like B by a little.

A quick scan says the only "ridiculous, out of whack" week anybody has had was Steve Smith this week, in A. So, A will drop off a tiny bit.

Heck, maybe B by a lot....

6 points for a passing td? thats insane!!@#
