River decision against loose-passive donkey?
Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) converter
Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG calls, Hero raises, 1 fold, BB calls, UTG calls. Flop: (6.33 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players) BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG calls. Turn: (4.66 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players) BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, BB calls, UTG folds. River: (6.66 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players) BB bets. Hero ? I soooo wanted to raise him here, because I knew he would call with a worse hand. The question is, does he have a worse hand often enough to make it worth it, I guess. Anybody want to raise? |

Re: River decision against loose-passive donkey?
I'm probably too weak on the river, but absent more of a read I would probably just call here. I want to show down the aces, but if I get three-bet it really starts looking like I'm toast. I have the notes window open already: "donk-bet river with ..."

Depends on how passive he is, but looks like a call for me.
