inspired by this thread in HUSH, and I think it needs more discussion.

I too suck with 33-55.

Please post your small pocket pair hands where the following conditions are met:

1)you did not hit a set
2)you made it to the river
3)you felt good about your play

villain is 19/11/1.8 over 750 hands and is a pretty strong player, capable of running a bluff.

I think I prefer raising here because we earn ourselves more fold equity on later streets, and we are only behind other pocket pairs. I don't know if this is correct or not.

Why do you think raising is not as good here?
