Default LC: is my math right, ICM + SB shove

How do I calc ICM for pushing hands (SB). I read the calling ICM post in the fav. post thread, but I couldnt find a post on pushing. If anyone could link with a post thatd be great too.

Find:
1. Fold chip distribution

2a. PUSH/CAUGHT - WIN
(chip distribution)x(win%)x(% of hands BB will call with)

b. PUSH/CAUGHT - LOSE
(chip distribution)x(lose%)x(% of hands BB will call with)

c. PUSH/CAUGHT - SPLIT
(chip distribution)x(split%)x(% of hands BB will call with)

d. PUSH/BB FOLD
(chip distribution)x(% of hands BB will not call with)

3. If if #2 (a+b+c+d) is > than 1. (fold distribution), than push.

Is this all correct and all I need is chip counts and calling ranges to add in? Thanks alot for anyone who is willing to take their time to verify this. Brian
