Default When should I leave a game?

Playing no-limit I tend to focus on the greatest amount of money that I had in that game. If I don't get to that, even if I show a profit, I'm still not satisfied/happy. I wish I'd gotten out when I was up $20...instead up just up $5. What's your focus when it comes to $$$ and an individual session?

in my case , no matters the $ won or lost , i only care if i played well or not, i can have a loosing session and feel good about it if i played it well and minimized the losses, same thing apllys to winning. My advice is forget the $ swings and focusse on your play only. Easier to say than do .

I try to play sessions of 1000 hands. I'm usually totally finished by then, and really don't want to play anymore. If I'm winning early, I often feel a big urge to pack up, but I try to suppress it and play my 1000 hands.
