Default LAG Opponent - Bluff?

Minor lapse of judgement on the turn.

.5/1 Prima Poker
Villain (215)
Hero(115) in BB with A7s
Reads Villain is definately a LAG, follows up his raises with auto-bets and is generally tricky. Probably 40% VPIP and 25% PFR. EP calls $1, folds to Button who raises 4. Hero calls with A 7s. EP folds.

Thoughts, EP has never limped with a strong hand, LP raises with a whole bunch... I'm gonna steal this pot from him.

Flop 9 2 7 suits irrelevant.
Hero bets 6
Villain Calls

Turn 9 2 7 6
Hero bets 15
Villain raises to 30
Hero calls

Thoughts: He's trying to make a move on me.

River: 9 2 7 6 9

Hero is all in.
Villain Folds

Thoughts: I am 95% sure he doesnt have a 9, most likely holdings are an overpair.
