Is my aggression justified?

2 folds, UTG+2 calls, 5 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (3 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG+2 calls, SB calls.

Turn: (3 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG+2 calls, SB folds.

River: (5 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)

on the flop I much prefer checking and raising a single bet from late position from a player who autobets when checked to. check/calling the river is prob. a better move than betting out.

I agree...Keep in mind, just about any straight draw either got there or paired up higher than your 9s.

Maybe I'm used to tighter tables lately where 2 calling the flop means someone has an ace, but is it really worth it to carry on even at party?

There are three of us, and I'm second. Checkraising would protect nothing.
