NL Games in LA Casinos - Where to go?
My best game by far is NLHE usually at the $200 buy-in (2/5). I've played this at the Bike, Commerce, and Hollywood Park. I have read some posts about a $500 (5/10) game but every time I'm out I never see it.
Can someone tell me when/where NL >$200 is spread? Thanks. |

Re: NL Games in LA Casinos - Where to go?
I was at Commerce last weekend and they had 10/20NL going pretty much round the clock (as well as a big 25/50NL game). It was $600 buyin but I wouldn't recommend playing it with less than $1000.

Re: NL Games in LA Casinos - Where to go?
I am in the same boat you are. Looking for a game bigger than $200 restricted buy-in but smaller than the Commerce $600 buy-in (essentially a $2000 buy-in, since that's about what you need to play right in that game). There seems to be an enormous gap in the LA market for a game at this level.
I know that Hollywood Park sometimes sometimes spreads a 5/5 or a 5/10 pot limit game. Hawaiian Gardens also sometimes spreads a 5/10 pot limit. But those are hit or miss as to whether they will be there or not. Anyone know if these are on a regular schedule or not? Commerce spreads a 10/10 no limit (ostensibly a $400 buy-in) once in a blue moon. I'd love to see a regularly spread $500 max buy-in 5/10 no limit game or something of that nature. Of course by the time that comes together, I'll probably have the bankroll for the 10/20. |

Re: NL Games in LA Casinos - Where to go?
I was at the Bike the other night and they must have had 10-12 people on the board for a $500 NL game and they never spread it.
I don't get it but if someone in charge is reading this, make it so please. |

Is that game 10/20 blinds with unlimited max buy-in (like the Commerce game)?
