Defending BB

What do you do if you are on the BB and everyone fold to a late postioner who raises. This has happened alot and I usually fold because I have trash. If I do call I am first to act and if I check they bet and I fold. What do you do to stop this.

When that happens I just stop playing poker. Or sometimes I pray.

It's all situation oriented man. Give a situation.

I think you're right. I had k4o in the BB and I folded then I posted this and a few orbits later I had K4o in the BB someone raised I called and bet the flop and won.
