Default Hand converter for Pokertracker

I want to post some hands that I have gone through in Pokertracker but I see that Bison's hand converter can't handle Pokertracker's format. Any other converters out there that can?

Pokertrackers hand format is the hand format saved on your hard drive, if that's party you are playing on, if so pokerhand.org will work.

I mean the format you get when using the playback feature in Pokertracker. Finding the a specific hand on my harddrive seems a futile process - or is there another way?

I tried pokerhand.org and it works well on that site but the output from pokerhand.org does not work on 2+2.
Edit: Hm... I checked again and the format from the playback feature does not work on pokerhand.org either.
